The property
A dive into the green. This is the feeling that one has when one gets to the housing complex where L'Oleandro is. This apartment belongs to a nice group of houses situated near Giardini Naxos, a well-known tourist village on the slope of the Mount Aetna. Palms, oleanders, bougainvilleas and blooming hedges surround the facility that has also a wide, shared swimming pool. The apartment - that boasts of a reserved parking space (a real rarity in this Sicily's tourist area), a garden and an separate entrance - is characterized by a particular architecture with staggered levels. The interiors furnished with taste and functionality have been chosen to create a cosy, bright atmosphere. From the well kept garden one enters from one side the living room and from the other side the kitchen, that both meet inside the house. On the first floor are located a double bedroom with balcony, a bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom, whereas the other bedroom with bathroom is on the lower floor. The main feature of the apartment is that it offers both quietness in the facility, entertainment and the services of the lively tourist town that is also an ideal destination if one wants to go out at night. Not to mention the seaside that is within walking distance (150 metres), whereas the charming Taormina shines in its own light just a few kilometres away.
