The property
Villa Cecilia is the ideal starting point for summer holidaymakers, only a few kilometres away from the fine sandy beach of San Vito lo Capo - as well as the enchanting bay of the Zingaro nature reserve. The beautiful Mediterranean villa is situated in the rural village of Castelluzzo, 30 km away from Trapani. The broad local plains are quiet and sunny. Outside the villa, a large shaded terrace awaits the guests. The whole of the villa is surrounded by a lush verdant garden with a swimming pool and sun terrace, perfect for relaxation. Inside the house itself, the ground floor houses the living area, kitchen and bedrooms with access to the terrace. Comfortable stairs lead up to the first floor, with two more bedrooms, one of which features sloping ceilings. For visitors who want to travel around the island, the beautiful sandy beach in San Vito lo Capo is not the only great attraction - why not take a trip to the sights of Erice, Trapani, Marsala and the Aegadian Islands. And anyone interested in archaeology will love exploring the island's colourful past at the historical sites of Segesta, Mozia and Selinunte.
