Within 3 days from the reception of the written confirmation on the part of DiCasaInSicilia (via e-mail, fax, air mail) I will down pay a deposit equal to a 30% of the tenancy price and in the same way I will down pay the balance at least 30 days earlier than the beginning date of the stay.

The conferring of the data is necessary to perform the contractual, administrative and fiscal obligations provided for by law. The lack of your agreement to the treatment of the personal data creates as direct consequence the impossibility on the part of DiCasaInSicilia to execute the contractual obligations.
