The property
Beautiful and recently built up villa placed in a quiet and sunny location in the surroundings of Nicolosi, hilly village situated 700 metres above the sea-level - on the southern side of the Aetna - and exactly 20 Km away from Catania. In its outskirts there are typical small villages peculiar to the volcanic hinterland such as: Zafferana, Pedara, Trecastagni, Bronte. Taormina is 45 Km away. The residence raises inside of a residential park and it is surrounded by a luxuriant and well-maintained garden with green grassland, oaks, pine-trees, magnolias and a magnificent specimen of broom which is over 100 years old. The private swimming pool - irregularly shaped - together with the solarium-terrace and the wide spaces enlighten at night and equipped with furniture (tables, chairs, deck-chairs), the ping-pong table and the bowls course are to the solely use of the guests. The insides, comfortable and tended, have ceilings with visible wooden timbers and have been furnished with ancient style furniture of sober elegance. The living-room and the kitchen look on to the large terrace and the arcade equipped for open-air dinners. The bedrooms, spacious and cosy, have been furnished according to the owner's good taste and personality. In the garden there is also a dependence, a space including a sheltered veranda with a small room which can be used as dressing-room for the pool.
